The plane is coming. You can see it swooping towards the building through the transparent wall of the glass elevator. It may hit the elevator cables, you realize, and panic rises up in your throat. Once again, you jab frantically at the buttons of the elevator. The doors do not open, neither does the intercom buzz to life. Just seconds ago, there was a blackout sweeping through most of the buildings in this district, leaving you marooned in a glass prison on the second highest level of the skyscraper. Suddenly, in your mind's eye you see that news clip of the plane crashing into twin towers ten years ago. No, you think, not now, not again

Its late but we don't care, and watch the black hills eat up the red of the sun together. You look at me a little strangely and said, you know you can tell how a person's feeling by looking at their colour? Oh really, I say. Doesn't half the world wear masks painted poppy pink and decorated with sparkles now? Mmm, you say, your voice warm and kind of honey coloured. Even then. I assume that by now you've all heard about the massive slew of disasters that has struck Japan. Well, if you're eager to help but perhaps cannot afford to donate, or do not have the means to donate, or already donated but want to do more, please help out the Smile, Japan!
